A leading restaurant chain in the US wanted insights on financial management, marketing, trading, real estate/equipment lease, and more by analyzing data from ERP systems, marketing platforms, third-party data providers, and multiple internal sources. The biggest challenge for them was to consolidate all these data sources and create data pipelines to track several brand pillars with key performance metrics such as brand loyalty, operational excellence, and profitability among others.
Sigmoid implemented cloud-agnostic, Low Code/No Code tools that integrated multiple data sources with varying levels of granularity. We scoped the data and architected an environment to create automated data pipelines that integrated the data into AWS Redshift. The data pipelines were leveraged to build multilayered dashboards with critical brand performance pillars such as brand loyalty, operational excellence, profitability, supply chain, restaurants’ reach, people, and technology. The multilayered dashboards enabled the client to extract actionable insights at many levels.
The balanced scorecard helped the client track performance indicators that can deliver granular insights on various brand pillars. On-the-go cross-device reporting was enabled to provide full visibility of the restaurants’ performance.
