A scoping exercise is the holy grail of your data project success be it Data Science, Product, or Data Engineering. Project management and planning involve a scoping exercise that represents a common understanding of the project. It involves identifying and documenting a list of specific project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines for the purpose of facilitating communication among the stakeholders and for setting authorities and limits for the project manager and team.

### Phase 1- Discovery

### Phase 2- Exploration and Understanding of Existing System
