The client enables the IT teams to build and operate powerful multi-cloud architectures and wanted a customized, stable, and highly scalable solution to get faster real-time insights using big data analytics. They wanted a solution that could improve data pipeline availability and stability, provide real-time data ingestion and reduce cost and optimize the infrastructure.
Sigmoid proposed automation to resolve existing issues like Hadoop job failures, the poor performance of Elasticsearch, and other system issues. To improve the data pipeline availability and stability, in-depth monitoring and alerting were performed. We also developed tools, scripts for monitoring and code deployment, thereby ensuring 24/7 monitoring of production and staging pipeline.
Delivered nearly 60% reduction in operations cost and 55% reduction in new incidents reported by building and managing highly available, scalable, and robust systems.
